Deposits

Withdrawals
Withdrawals are processed back to the original payment method used for deposit wherever possible. The minimum withdrawal is C$30. Standard withdrawal limits are C$5,000 per week and C$10,000 per month, with higher limits available to VIP players.
Withdrawal requests are reviewed and approved within 24 hours in most cases. Once approved, processing time depends on the payment method selected. We do not charge withdrawal fees. To process a withdrawal, your account must be fully verified and any active bonus wagering requirements must be completed.
We reserve the right to delay or refuse a withdrawal if we have reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, abuse of bonuses, breach of these terms, or other irregular activity. Where a withdrawal is refused, we will explain the reason in writing.
Bonuses and Promotions
All bonuses and promotions offered at Spinempire Casino are subject to specific terms displayed on the relevant promotion page. General bonus rules also apply, as outlined below.
Bonuses must be claimed in accordance with the conditions stated at the time of the offer. Wagering requirements must be met before any bonus funds or winnings derived from them can be withdrawn. Maximum bet limits while a bonus is active are typically C$5 per spin or hand unless otherwise stated. Exceeding the maximum bet may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and related winnings.
We prohibit bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses, low-risk betting patterns designed to clear wagering, collusion between players, and use of bots or automated software. Players engaged in bonus abuse may have bonuses and winnings cancelled and their accounts closed.
Game Rules and Fair Play
All games at Spinempire Casino operate using certified Random Number Generators. Game outcomes are determined randomly and cannot be predicted or manipulated. We do not guarantee any particular outcome or pattern of results.
In the event of a malfunction, all bets and winnings related to the affected game session may be voided. Stakes will be returned to affected players. The decision of our technical team in such cases is final.
You agree not to use any software, device, or method to gain an unfair advantage, including bots, automated play, or exploitation of game bugs. Any winnings obtained through such means will be void.
Inactive Accounts
An account is considered inactive if no login activity, deposit, or withdrawal has taken place for a continuous period of 12 months. After this period, we may apply a monthly maintenance fee to the account balance until it is reduced to zero or the account is reactivated.
We will notify you by email before applying any inactivity fee. To reactivate your account, simply log in.
Account Closure
You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team or using the account closure option in your settings. Any remaining balance, subject to verification and wagering requirements, will be returned to you through your registered payment method.
We reserve the right to close any account at our discretion, including for breach of these terms, suspected fraud, abusive behaviour toward staff, or where required by law. Where an account is closed for a breach of terms, we reserve the right to retain any winnings derived from the breach.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Spinempire Casino is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of our platform. We are not responsible for losses resulting from internet outages, technical failures on your device, or actions of third-party payment providers.
You participate in gaming activities at your own risk and accept that you may lose money.
Intellectual Property
